New Driveway, Puriton, Somerset
Pattern Imprint Concrete
We have recently completed a new Pattern Imprint Concrete driveway for a customer in Puriton in Somerset. It’s a mottled slate grey colour with charcoal antique release. The print design is a large ashlar slate print which is a medium slate texture. It’s finished with a block border and includes a compass design in the centre. The driveway is completed with charcoal slate around the perimeter.
Drop Kerbs
The driveway also required new and fully approved drop kerbs due to it not having any installed previously. Did you know that not just any contractor can install drop kerbs? Here at AW Groundworks we are fully licensed and insured meaning we can install drop kerbs/entrances. This also means we take care of all the work for you including the applications.
Drainage
Any new driveway over 5m2 must provide a drainage system for the water to run to a permeable area which we’ll go into more detail in a future blog post. If it doesn't, then you will need to get planning permission. We can also install all your drainage needs.
